Not far from Chablis (7km) Domaine Ternynck is located in Préhy. HVE certified since 2015, Domaine Ternynck has been in organic conversion since 2018 and biodynamic since 2019. The wines of Domaine Ternynck are rewarded each year with gold and silver medals in Paris and at the Salon des Vignerons Indépendants. The low yields, with short and airy pruning, allow the terroir to express itself fully to give a very good concentration of Pinot Noir, a minerality associated with white flowers in Chardonnay, tangy and exotic fruits for Sauvignon. This allows the wines to develop their own character on their own, without any intervention. A fine, pure and mineral character for the whites, fruity, sweet and powerful for the reds.
