Selection of hand-picked from our vineyards Piano (Sangiovese), Cipresso (Merlot), Gaben (Petit Verdot) with the trainig system of cordon spur.
CHARACTERISTICS
COLOUR: Intense ruby red tending towards garnet hues on ageing.
BOUQUET:Intense nose, suggestion of cherry and plum, aroma of sweet spices, pepper, red rose, tobacco and vanilla.
TASTE: Harmoniously blended, full-bodied, long and persistent, soft tannins, with a pleasant level of acidity.
ALCOHOL: 14,5%
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Serve this top Tuscan wine with strong red meats, roasts and game, flavoured pasta dishes, aged cheeses. Wine for long aging. Serving temperature 16°-18°.
