White tuscan wine geographic typical indication
Gentle pressing, clarification of the must and further fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature to maintain all flavours and aromas. Aged in cement vat for 7 months and bottled successively.
The name of the wine comes from the name of the San Lorenzo’s Church, property of Castelvecchio, in pure Romanesque style located at the entrance of the winery the only still standing from the XII Century.
 
COLOUR: Pale yellow with green reflections.
BOUQUET: Intense with tropical fruits and yellow flowers.
TASTE:  Clean and dry, sapid, aromatic persistence, refreshing.
