Pomino bianco 2021 is a white with a marvellous, bright straw-yellow colour. The nose reveals citrus notes like citron, as well as hints of green apple and pear. Floral notes include wisteria, chamomile, lily and gorse. Finally, there is a delicate sensation of exotic fruit, like pineapple. On the palate, it is beautifully fresh with asplendid mineral quality. This exceptionally balanced wine is fresh and fulfilling, with tastes and smells that correspond beautifully.
