At our Finca Sacramento, we carry out work in the vineyard always in search of excellence: pruning, bud removal, bunch thinning and leaf removal. Conceived and produced in our facilities that show the most modern in the industry with the greatest wealth of Uruguayan viticulture history.
This captivating variety, for many years relegated by the fame of Cabernet Sauvignon, is now beginning to exploit its full potential. Produced in Italian tulips that allow micro-oxygenation throughout the fermentation process and accelerate the maturation of this great wine.
Deep red in color with violet hues. On the nose it presents aromas of red fruits and spices such as sweet pepper, eucalyptus, cassis and the subtlety of oak. On the palate it presents soft tannins, sensations of spices, it is fruity, complex with the right presence of oak, filling the mouth with pleasant sensations.
