Description: The vines of this noble plant have been ripening for 25 years on the nutrient-rich slopes in Cornaiano. Lively aromas of gooseberry, passion fruit, elderberry and blackcurrant make this wine so special. The finish presents itself as voluminous and intense with a crisp finish, certainly a rising wine with a long breath.
Goes well with: fish and vegetable dishes, goat cheese
