Produced from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, this is a wine with herbaceous hints and juicy dark berry fruit. It is an intense, warm and delicately tannic wine.
The fermentation of 100% dried grapes takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for about 20 days.
Aging continues in oak barrels for about a year.
