The prevalence of spicy aromas, the softness on the palate and the elegance of the tannins accompany the body of this wine. With an intense ruby red color this is tastefull wine with great drinkeability.

After a period of drying the grapes for about 20/30 days, the grapes are fermented in oak barrels. The wine produced ages in 500-liter barrels for 4 months. It is then fermented one more time on the Amarone skins for 15 days, followed by another aging time in 500 liter and 225 liter barrels for about 1 year.
