Brut sparkling wine made from volcanic grapes grown by us on the slopes of the Euganean Hills. Fine perlage with persistent bubbles balance the slight initial sweetness in a drier and more elegant finish. First fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 10-12 days. This procedure gives a still wine which undergoes a second fermentation by the Charmat method in Autoclave for about 60 days.
