Sirch project started only in 2002, but the Sirch family had produced wine for over three generations. Sirch wines express the terroir with no artifice: wines clean and simple at a first state, but aiming at subtle complexity rich in nuances. Sirch wants to bring back the traditional style of the Friuli wines, respecting the territory and focusing almost exclusively on the work in the vineyards.
